I wasn't exactly sure about selling during lockdown as everything needed extra effort and amount of time to attend to since I was overseas. I handed everything over to Tracy and surprisingly within 2 weeks I heard back from her about an offer higher than I expected. As first home buyers, we were quite nervous of the process as we know very little of the ins and outs of buying realestate. Luckily for us, we were able to find and negotiate with Tracy. She was very helpful and responsive to our queries. She made the communication between us and the vendor smooth and easy. She is also happy to help and answered our questions and concerns about the details of the property.
